We’re looking for a skilled Social Media Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team and help us enhance our online presence and engagement through data-driven insights.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Analyse and report on social media performance across various platforms to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Monitor brand mentions and audience sentiment to inform content strategy and engagement tactics.
- Develop and implement metrics for social media campaigns to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark social media performance and identify industry trends.
- Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop data-informed content strategies.
- Utilize social media analytics tools to generate reports and visual dashboards.
- Stay updated on social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain effective and relevant.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to align social media strategies with overall business objectives.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with social media management platforms and analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.
- Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing best practices is a plus.
