**We’re Hiring: Creative Writer & Content Manager**

**Part-Time - Remote - 20 Hours/Week**
**Location**: Work from anywhere (but bonus points if you're local to Calgary)

Do you have a thing for writing clever copy, designing thumb-stopping content, and building ads that convert?

The Ken Rigel Group is looking for a creative powerhouse—a **Creative Writer & Content Manager**—to help us grow our real estate team’s digital presence and recruiting game.

We're not just slapping up listings and hoping for the best. We're building a brand, telling stories, and attracting the right people to work with and for us.

**What You’ll Be Doing (3-5 Hours a Day)**:

- Writing killer ad copy for recruiting, marketing, and lead generation
- Designing and posting content to platforms like:

- Instagram
- Facebook
- Google My Business
- LinkedIn
- ( and any new ones you’re obsessed with)
- Managing social media schedules and content calendars
- Editing short-form video content (think Reels, YouTube Shorts, IG Stories)
- Helping us build out and run ads that actually move the needle
- Working directly with Ken and the leadership team to bring fresh energy to our digital presence

**You’re a Fit If You**:

- Love writing. Like, really love it.
- Know your way around social media like it’s second nature
- Have an eye for aesthetic but an obsession with conversions
- Can edit video content quickly (nothing fancy—we’re not shooting a Marvel movie)
- Are organized, self-managed, and can take feedback without flinching
- Understand how to market to real humans, not just algorithms

**Bonus Points If You**:

- Have experience writing for recruiting
- Know what a good real estate ad looks like
- Use tools like Canva, I movie, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, Opus Clip, etc.
- Bring creative ideas without being asked (we love that energy)

**Details**:

- 20 hours per week (3-5 hours a day, flexible)
- Remote position (but if you're local to Calgary, we won't complain)
- Pay based on experience + performance bonuses
- Opportunities to grow as we scale
