This role supports and leads RFP and RFQ responses by developing proposal content throughout the pursuit process, ensuring timely, high‑quality submissions. Responsibilities include interviewing subject matter experts, compiling technical information, drafting proposal content, and producing visually compelling, CANA‑branded layouts.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIESWork with the Director of Project Development and Proposal Manager to prepare, write, and edit proposal responsesProofread and edit content from a variety of sources for accuracy and consistencyLayout content in InDesignTranslate technical ideas and subject‑matter expertise into easy‑to‑understand language and craft compelling narrativesGather and compile compliant and mandatory documentation as part of proposal submission packageMaintain and update comprehensive internal library and database of project information, profiles, resumes, and referencesEnsure proposals are compliant and high qualityShow adaptability to take on new tasks in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environmentWHAT YOU BRING1 – 3 Years of experience as a Technical, Proposal, or Content Writer considered an assetUniversity degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, or CommunicationsExcellent written communication skills, and demonstrated proof‑reading abilityProficient with Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign) and the Microsoft 360 suiteAbility to work in a fast‑paced team environment with tight deadlines is criticalConstruction, engineering, or design background an assetExperience in proposal developmentVISIT OUR WEBSITE TO LEARN MORECareers | CANA Group of CompaniesCLICK HERE TO JOIN THE CANA TEAM – CANA Group of Companies - Available Careers (startdate.ca) #J-18808-Ljbffr
