Our mission is to help clients grow their business by using the latest marketing strategies and tools so they can focus on what they do best – running their company Role Description We’re looking for an Associate Creative Director who can own the day‑to‑day execution of client accounts while raising the bar on creative quality across our work. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone with strong creative judgment and the confidence to guide work from brief through delivery. You will be the primary day‑to‑day contact for clients, lead creatives on execution and ensure work moves forward with clarity, momentum and high standards. You will partner with a Project Manager who owns onboarding, high‑level strategy, budgets and key milestones, while you own the daily flow of the account. That includes leading creatives, managing client communication, making execution‑level decisions and ensuring work meets expectations before it reaches the client. This role is a strong fit for someone who thinks creatively, operates decisively and wants real ownership with a clear path into deeper creative leadership. Responsibilities Own the day‑to‑day execution of client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing communication and decisions. Lead creative execution by providing clear direction, feedback and approvals to designers, writers, developers and other contributors. Review and approve creative work, with the authority to request revisions or stop work that does not meet brand, strategy or quality expectations. Translate client input into clear, actionable direction for internal teams while filtering noise and protecting creative integrity. Partner with the Project Manager during onboarding, major milestones, scope changes and escalations, while independently managing the daily flow of work. Coordinate timelines, deliverables and hand‑offs across teams to keep projects moving without sacrificing quality. Anticipate risks, bottlenecks or misalignment early and take proactive steps to resolve issues. Support and mentor creative team members through thoughtful feedback, clear expectations and leadership by example. Contribute directly to creative output when needed through concept refinement, copy feedback or edits and structural improvements. Ensure consistency and quality across creative output within each account over time. Qualifications 2 to 6 years of experience in a creative, marketing or agency environment with hands‑on involvement in client work and creative execution. Strong creative judgement and the ability to evaluate and improve work across design, copy and digital deliverables. Experience leading creative work through feedback, revisions and approvals in a fast‑paced setting. Comfort owning day‑to‑day client communication and managing expectations clearly and professionally. Solid project coordination skills, including managing timelines, deliverables and multiple contributors. Ability to balance creative quality with delivery discipline and make sound execution‑level decisions. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts such as websites, SEO, paid media, analytics or landing pages. Comfort using project management and collaboration tools such as Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Slack or similar. Proactive, self‑directed and comfortable taking ownership with minimal oversight. Bonus Points Experience giving creative feedback or approvals across design, copy or web. Background in a fast‑paced agency environment with multiple clients and overlapping deadlines. Experience writing or refining creative briefs that translate strategy into clear direction. Experience working closely with designers, developers or writers through revisions to final delivery. Interest in developing deeper creative leadership and mentoring skills as the agency grows. The role includes A fully remote structured position with a virtual office.
