Our collision repair shop is seeking a skilled and experienced Shop Foreman to join our team. The Shop Foreman will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the shop, supervising a team of technicians, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and lead a team of auto body technicians, assigning work, and ensuring quality control standards are met
- Perform inspections of vehicles to ensure repairs are completed to the highest standards
- Oversee all aspects of the repair process, including estimates, ordering parts, scheduling repairs, and monitoring workflow
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards
- Train and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage all aspects of customer relations, including providing estimates, discussing repairs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ensure that all work is completed efficiently and within the established timelines
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and employee timecards
- Work collaboratively with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to achieve company goals

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required, technical school training
- 5+ years of experience in auto body repair, with 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
- Strong knowledge of auto body repair techniques, tools, and equipment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer systems and software, including estimating software and shop management software

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
