As part of our exciting growth and expansion, we’re seeking a motivated Support Consultant Level 2/3 to grow our team in Canada. You will bring your service first mindset, consulting and technical expertise to our valued clients to provide a world class experience.
This role involves a blend of remote and field support, covering desktop, cloud, and infrastructure technologies.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Ensure prompt and effective resolution of hardware and software desktop-related issues
- Maintain and support Microsoft cloud technologies, including Microsoft 365, Entra, and Endpoint Manager
- Maintain and support Google Workspace
- Work/troubleshoot both MacOS and Windows desktop environments
- Participate in the planning and execution of technology projects
- Be reasonably available for customer support 24x7 for P1 and P2 incidents based on a rotational roster
- Patch and security management, backup monitoring and issue resolution, device and infrastructure monitoring, end-user onboarding/offboarding processes
- Timely management and closure of customer support tickets
- Adherence to Service Desk SLAs
- Maintain industry certifications to support core company certification requirements
**Your Core Skills & Experience**
- 3+ min years’ experience in field, preferably in a Managed Services environment
- User management in Microsoft Active Directory
- Proven ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to utilise lateral thinking to resolve unique problems
- Enjoy working with customers on a day-to-day basis
- Ability to prioritise work and see jobs through to completion
**Solid knowledge in, or an eagerness to learn**:
- Windows Server
- Microsoft Identity Technologies
- Microsoft 365
- Microsoft Exchange
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint
- WAN & LAN networking
- Meraki Cloud (Switching/Firewall/Wireless)
- Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune)
- Remote and onsite troubleshooting
- MacOS
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Vancouver, BC V7Y 1K8
