**About Us**
Alivio Downsizing helps seniors and families transition smoothly by managing full-service downsizing and estate clearing. Our goal is to ensure clients’ possessions are carefully assessed, organized, and sold, donated, or disposed of efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate and sort household contents to identify items for auction, sale, donation, or disposal.
- Prepare items for auction or sale, including cataloguing, descriptions, and presentation.
- Sort and organize possessions methodically, ensuring they are handled with care.
- Assist with pre-coordinated removal of items via auction, donation, or disposal channels.
- Work independently or as part of a team, managing time efficiently.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Strong attention to detail and organization.**:

- Ability to research items and make quick, informed decisions.
- Physically capable of lifting and organizing household items.
- Auction, antiques, consignment, or resale experience is **a plus but not required.**:

- Adaptable, reliable, and professional with clients and team members.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is a plus.
