**Duties**
- Must be able to lead a crew of plumbers in the completion of a 28 unit project. Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring all activities align with project plans and specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide construction efforts accurately.
- Utilize construction management software, such as ProCore, for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Collaborate with project managers on budgeting and construction estimating to maintain financial oversight.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to promote skill development and efficiency.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Implement effective communication strategies among team members to foster a collaborative work environment.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics is essential for successful project execution.
- Experience with construction management software like ProCore is highly desirable.
