**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of plumbing systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems to ensure optimal functionality.
- Perform heavy lifting as necessary for installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with HVAC professionals to integrate plumbing systems with heating and cooling systems.
- Execute carpentry tasks related to plumbing installations as needed.
- Engage in welding tasks for pipe fittings and other plumbing components when required.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment while adhering to all safety regulations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a plumber with a strong understanding of plumbing systems and components.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and equipment related to plumbing work.
- Experience in construction environments is an asset.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents accurately.
- Strong basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations.
- Capable of performing heavy lifting as needed throughout the workday.
