**Job Information**:
This position combines front desk duties with broader office management responsibilities. This includes greeting visitors, managing phone calls, handling mail and supplies, and providing general administrative support, managing some office operations, maintaining records, and overseeing office equipment.
**What you’ll do**
- ** Front Desk Operations**: Greet visitors, answer phone calls, manage incoming and outgoing mail, and handle inquiries.
- ** Administrative Support**: Schedule appointments where needed for building, maintain records and files, order office supplies, etc.
- ** Office Management**: Ensure the office is organized, maintained, and efficiently functioning.
- ** Staff Support**: Provide administrative support to other staff members as needed.
- ** Communication**: Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing excellent customer service.
- ** Problem Solving**: Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- ** Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of office activities, including expense tracking and inventory.
- ** Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
**Who you are**
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Professional demeanor and ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Experience with office equipment and software is a plus.
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
