**Inventory Systems Administrator**

Reporting directly to the Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for warehouse inventory management, warehouse management software maintenance, vendor returns, and product bin location maintenance, tracking, and investigation of missing product, performing audits of incoming and outgoing products, and projects related to improving warehouse functionality and reducing errors as well as many other dynamic and varied projects within the department related to Inventory Control and other Supply Chain activities. Your job duties are, but are not limited to:
**Job Duties & Responsibilities**:

- WMS Implementation
- Training on new system in existing distribution centers (some travel required)
- Training within the warehouse to learn current operations and inventory control practices
- Assisting with warehouse reconfiguration and set up for new system including bin labeling and staging areas
- Programming of RF scanners and readying for inventory count
- Testing product to ensure it scans
- Training staff to use scanners
- Post-implementation
- New user set up/training
- Coaching staff on inventory management policies
- Cycle counting
- Reviewing bin min/max levels
- Reconfiguration projects to maximize efficiency
- Investigation of product issues
- Review of daily reports/exceptions from WMS/ERP
- Other duties as required

**Qualifications & Education**:

- Minimum grade 12 education required
- Education in Warehouse Parts/Material Technician considered an asset
- Minimum two years’ experience in a warehouse environment required
- Experience working in a distribution warehouse setting would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of ERP and WMS software would be considered an asset
- Experience with RF scanning environment would be considered an asset
- Knowledge of plumbing/electrical industry is an asset
