**Who We are Looking for**

**What will You DoERP Implementation and Training**
- Gain proficiency with Odoo to effectively manage inventory and procurement processes.
- Train employees on key functions of Odoo, ensuring they understand and can utilize its features.
- Troubleshoot and address user issues with the ERP system, escalating when necessary.

**Shipping and Receiving**
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and condition.
- Process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and coordinating with courier services.
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory in designated locations.

**Procurement Assistance**
- Assist the Procurement and Inventory Lead by sourcing and ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Track order statuses and follow up with vendors to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain a well-organized inventory database and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.

**Logistics Coordination**
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights and hotels, for staff as required.
- Coordinate the shipping of materials and equipment to off-site locations or events.
- Ensure compliance with company and regulatory guidelines for logistics and travel.

**General Office and HR Administration**
- Organize and execute monthly company events, including BBQs and social gatherings.
- Purchase groceries, snacks, and other office necessities to maintain a stocked and functional workplace.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory to ensure availability of essential items.
- Assist in booking interviews and performance reviews and conducting reference checks as assigned by the Office Manager.
- Water office plants and contribute to maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace.

**What are We Looking forEducation and Experience**
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is an asset.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, shipping/receiving, or a similar role.

**Skills and Competencies**
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and resourceful mindset with a strong sense of initiative.

**Physical Requirements**
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods while managing inventory.
