**The Role**

We are seeking an **Inside Sales Representative** to join our Calgary team. This role will be primarily focused on strengthening and expanding our business as a Canadian leader in networking solutions. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects, leveraging our portfolio to address their telecom needs.

Your mission will be to drive sales, foster relationships, and deliver exceptional customer experiences through direct engagement via telephone and live virtual platforms like Microsoft Teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospects and existing customers to understand their telecom needs and present TCOR’s tailored solutions.
- Conduct sales calls, product presentations, and virtual meetings using platforms like Microsoft Teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and seamless delivery of services.
- Identify new opportunities within the telecommunications sector and drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

**Qualifications**:

- **Telecommunications Expertise**: A strong background in telecom is essential. Familiarity with telecom solutions and services is a must.
- **Soft Skills**: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
- **Language Proficiency**: Excellent English language skills are required. Proficiency in French is a strong asset.
- **Tech Savvy**: Proficient in virtual communication tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) and CRM software.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to build rapport, identify customer needs, and close deals effectively.
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet sales targets.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
