AutoCanada Collision Centres segment currently operates 24 Collision Centres in Canada. As part of the Marketing team that supports these centres, you will play a key role in how our Paid Media supercharges their marketing efforts. Paid Media is critical to our growth strategy, so you will bring your experience managing Facebook, Google Ads and other digital media dollars focused on 'performance' into the lead funnel.
**You are responsible for**:
- Collaborating in the creation of Paid Digital Media strategies, budgets, and plans for all Facebook and Google Advertising
- Creating marketing copy, optimizing, and executing the day-to-day set-up of digital marketing campaigns
- Having a deep understanding of Paid Search marketing including PPC campaigns, keyword planning, and how SEM & SEO drive growth
- Researching and analyzing competitor advertising links and SERP results
- Performing keyword research to identify, prioritize and constantly optimize opportunities to increase search engine results pages results
- Managing and optimizing all Facebook ads to maximize bookings
- Utilizing Marketing Analytics, Google Analytics, optimization schedules and vendor-specific dashboards to monitor and improve campaign performance
- Creating relevant, effective, and accurate copy to improve bookings and traffic
- Collaborating with our graphics team on creating campaign assets for the purpose of A/B testing
- Working with our digital platform liaisons to stay up to date on all social media tools and developments, including new ad formats, releases, beta tests, etc.
**Your capabilities**:
- 2-3 years in Paid Digital Marketing with a focus on generating leads and online traffic using Facebook and Google ads
- Expert understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads/Analytics/Tag Manager
- Accomplished at using Google Ads for Search Engine Marketing
- Extensive experience managing and optimizing campaigns that translate into leads and sales
- Proficient knowledge of online measurement and performance indicators, ability to analyze campaign data and discern insights
- Google Ads certification, Advanced Google Analytics certification, and Facebook Blueprint
- Strong writing skills for ad copy
- You are adaptable and a quick learner, who can get stuff done yourself and use other team members proactively when you need help
- You are organized and a stickler for details
- You can work on your own and don’t need to be hand-held through your daily tasks
- You are comfortable talking to people and know how to discuss data and results
- You have an ability to juggle a whole bunch of jobs at once and can sort out what is a priority and what is not
- You are up to date with the latest digital advertising trends and best practices in internet marketing
