**No experience required, willing to train.**

**Afternoon shift required.**

**Qualifications**:

- Read work order specifications to determine length, girth, and gauge
- Select and transport material to different work areas manually or using machinery
- Operate metalworking machines to cut punch, drill, and shape or straighten sheet metal
- Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment and its tooling, as well as small electric and air tools
- Inspect products to ensure quality and conformity to specifications
- Assist in inventory control
- Willingness to with work hands
- Accountable and driven
- Strong communicator, both verbal and written
- Support the efforts of the other employees to be successful
- Organized, outgoing and have an excellent work ethic
- Promote a safety culture as well as attend all safety meetings
- Seek ways to exceed the expectations of employees and customers
- Efficiency and accuracy in maintaining records
- Ensure work areas remain clean and well organized
- Obey all on-site and company safety requirements in accordance with OH&S Act and Regulations
- Participate in the company safety culture by attending tail gate meetings and other such activities required
- Must be fit to perform physical work and to lift a minimum of 23 kg (50 lbs)
- Other duties as required
