Your tasks will include, amongst others, trade processing, broker reconciliations, static data/systems management, client service and regulatory control.**Your role**:

- Manage and review trades, trade allocations and reconciliations;
- Responsible for trade management for equity options;
- Monitor intraday trade activities at options exchanges / or Clearing Brokers;
- Responsible for Corporate actions / processing in clearing system;
- Responsible for submitting actions with clearing agency and confirming accuracy and receipt;
- Understand how corporate actions will impact clients;
- Communicate with clients and processing of corporate actions on their behalf;
- Resolve outtrades / Position transfers;
- Responsible for daily assignments / exercises;
- Monitor and review weekly, monthly and quarterly options expiration;
- Work with exchanges and other brokers to properly set up trade flows;
- Settlement data balancing and asserting in balancing firm's trial balance to bank balance;
- On payment of corporate action, responsible for payment of cash for shares to clients or counterparties;
- Raise operational risks and coordinate with Risk Manager;
- Ensure understanding of operational processes to ensure efficiency.

**Your profile**:

- Experience with working in back office;
- Very good knowledge and experience in dealing with derivatives and securities, especially with options;
- Knowledge of and experience with back-office tools and dealing with trading;
- Languages: English and French;
- University degree required in Finance or similar discipline;
- Successful completion of industry courses (FINRA SEI, 27 or 99, CSI courses);
- Team player;
- Polyvalent;
- Proactive;
- Readiness and openness to learn;
- Ready to work in the office (some work from home possible part time).
- Endowed with an excellent sense of customer service as well as good analytical skills, available and flexible, you adapt quickly to new situations and enjoy working in teams. Your pragmatism, proactivity, rigor and initative will be valuable assets in an international company with varied and constantly evolving activities.**Note**:
