What You’ll Do:

- Lead daily operations of the front of house
- Coach and develop a high-performing team
- Maintain exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- Collaborate with ownership on local marketing and community events
- Drive profitability through labour, food, and beverage management

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2 years experience in a General Manager or senior leadership role (restaurant or bar)
- Strong knowledge of food, drink, and service excellence
- Excellent communication, organization, and team leadership skills
- Ability to manage high volume and thrive under pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling, inventory, and reporting tools
- A hands-on approach with a positive, energetic presence on the floor
