**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and motivate kitchen and service teams to deliver outstanding food quality and dining experiences.
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns promptly and fostering a welcoming environment.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize staff performance, reduce costs, and improve profitability.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients and supplies.
- Create and monitor budgets, P&L statements, and financial reports to achieve revenue and cost targets.
- Coordinate and oversee events and banquet hall bookings, ensuring smooth execution of special occasions and celebrations.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards in all areas of the restaurant and banquet hall.
- Stay informed of market trends and customer preferences to keep offerings relevant and competitive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $42,703.58-$84,273.06 per year
