Tayco is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic Marketing Team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) to help us reach a new vision. We are looking for someone who is aligned with our core values of Ownership, Progressive, Efficient, and Enjoyable Experiences.
**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for:

- Monitoring and maintaining Tayco’s literature program including
- Fulfilling orders by picking, packing and creating shipping labels
- Communicating with third-party shipping companies to track packages as required
- Maintaining and utilizing Tayco’s Kanban systems to keep proper stock levels
- Working with Marketing Manager to have artwork creating for changes to literature materials
- Re-ordering materials through Procurement as necessary
- Creating website logins for Dealers as required
- Assisting in packing and shipping mailouts in conjunction with the Marketing Teams promotional strategies
- Monitoring the internet for positive and negative comments, our brand and products/services. Highlight and bring attention to positive comments/information and troubleshoot and resolve negative information / comments.
- Proving administrative support as required.
- Other duties as assigned.
