The Practitioner Staff Affairs (PSA) provincial office provides SHA wide support through a coordinated team based approach. Provincial services are provided centrally and support local delivery in the 6 PSA area offices.The Associate supports, facilitates and coordinates provincial contract and compensation policy and standards in an often complex structure that reflects a potential mix of clinical, academic and physician leadership services. The Associate will support the design, implementation and maintenance of an SHA electronic contract repository system that allows for rapid access to SHA's and the joint SHA, College of Medicine contractual obligations. The Associate is accountable for the provincial facilitation, maintenance, and monitoring of physician academic, clinical and leadership service contracts and funding agreements. The Associate will facilitate standard work processes and provide provincial oversight of all SHA's and College of Medicine contractual obligations. This provincial oversight service in support of the 6 area offices will start at the initiation of a contractual requirement and will incorporate the standard template drafting and facilitation of, negotiation, execution and components of a contact's life-cycle and statistics as required and requested.

- Experience in health care
- Experience in contract management and/or working with Physicians is an asset
- 1 year of progressively responsible administration experience
**Education**
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Bachelor of Commerce (BComm)
- Business Administration diploma (DBA)
**Licenses**
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
**Other Education and Training**
- Bachelor of Human Resources is acceptable
- Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable
- Human Resources diploma is acceptable
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
