The Contract Administrator is responsible for managing, drafting, and overseeing the execution of contracts for A2SKI Industrial. This role involves ensuring that all agreements comply with legal and company standards, monitoring contract performance, and coordinating with internal teams to manage contractual obligations. The Contract Administrator will also provide support in negotiating terms and resolving any contract-related issues or disputes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Draft, review, and manage contracts for a variety of projects and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure that contracts reflect the company's goals and risk tolerance.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Track contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Maintain a centralized repository of contracts and ensure all contract documents are properly archived and easily accessible.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts, such as non-compliance, missed deadlines, and disputes.
- Assist in resolving contract disputes or discrepancies by working closely with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on contract-related matters and interpret contract terms.
- Prepare and deliver reports on contract status, risks, and issues to management.
- Ensure that all contracts are fully executed and that all parties comply with terms and conditions.
- Reviews all invoices prior to submission to the client to ensure that they are compliant with the terms and conditions of the contract.
- Reviews all subcontractors invoices to ensure that they are compliant with the terms and conditions of the contract.
- Assist the Operations team in identifying changes in the contract scopes.
- Stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes that may affect contracts and company operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Stay up to date with legal and regulatory changes that may affect contracts and company operations.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, legal terminology, and regulatory requirements.
- Clear understanding and experience working with Canadian Construction Contracts specifically CCDC
- Effective and clear communication, both written and spoken.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
- Excellent negotiation, networking and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, finance, or Law, or related field or a combination of education and work experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Procore Construction Management Software would be an asset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and solve problems related to contracts.
- Previous work experience in Commercial or Industrial construction.

**Work Hours**:

- Monday to Friday, 40 hr per week, Salary.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in physically demanding environments.

**Compensation**:

- 3 weeks vacation.
- Benefit available after completion of 3 months probation.

Flexible language requirement:

- French not required
