Call Center Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a charismatic customer service call center representative This position is a full time position, position hours will be Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm, and rotating Saturdays 8am - 4pm. There are after hours shifts that can be picked up during the month. This position starts as an hourly paid position (during probation), once comfortable will be transitioned to a commissioned based pay structure on a biweekly schedule.

As a Customer Service Representative, you are a key member in upholding our company standards to provide the highest level of customer service. You are responsible for handling incoming calls and scheduling service calls to meet customer requirements for two locations, with additional administrative tasks assigned by management. If this position is for you, you are self-motivated, energetic, and enjoy helping people. You are driven to provide the highest level of customer service and satisfaction and able to effectively manage a variety of situations on a day day-to-day basis.

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
- Prioritize and coordinate the scheduling of services
- Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum two years administrative experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills
- Positive Attitude
- Team player who can work independently
- Call center experience an asset
