We are a **FLATBED **operation company seeking a **EXPERIENCED DISPATCHER** to join our team. Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling transportation services efficiently.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous 2 years experience in flatbed dispatching, shipping, or transportation operations preferred. ( **MUST HAVE FLATBED DISPATCHING EXPERIENCE**.)
- Proficiency in expert, load link, DAT etc.
- Ability to analyze information and make quick decisions
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with drivers and team members
- Knowledge of freight operations and logistics processes
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail

**Responsibilities**:

- Utilize transportation management systems to schedule and dispatch drivers
- Communicate with drivers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
- Analyze routes to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving departments to track shipments
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Use phone systems to communicate with drivers and internal teams

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
