**The Role**

As an Account Executive on the Partnerships team, you will introduce retail brands of all sizes to Neo’s Business Solutions including tools to reach new customers, grow sales, and achieve better business outcomes. In this quota-carrying role, you will own the complete sales process from start to finish and lead a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will report to the Head of Marketplace Partnerships, where you’ll have direct access to grow your career.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Working within a tightly knit team to expand Neo’s Partner Network
- Remaining accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Creating a great first impression to build a pipeline of qualified leads
- Leveraging multiple direct outreach channels and advancing deals across various stages
- Tracking all communications, contacts, and sales opportunities in a CRM system
- Managing clear hand-off to downstream teams to ensure partners and internal stakeholders are set-up for long term success
- Inspiring merchant partners to think strategically about how our platform can support their business needs

**Who we are looking for**:

- 3+ years of experience in outbound B2B business development, outbound sales, marketing, consulting, account management, or similar role
- Startup, SaaS, or entrepreneurial background preferred but not required
- Proven ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
- Ownership mentality and professional presentation and public speaking skills
- Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate novel concepts and influence decision making
- Fluency in a second language preferred but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
