**The Role**
We’re looking for an **Inbound Sales & Client Experience Coordinator** to join our Toronto Care Team. This hybrid role is all about connecting with people who have already reached out to us: individuals or families who are curious, hopeful, and sometimes hesitant about starting care. You’ll be the first human touchpoint, guiding them through their decision-making process with empathy and expertise.
At the Toronto clinic, you’ll also play an important **client experience and administrative support role,** welcoming clients when they arrive, ensuring they feel comfortable, and supporting the clinic and leadership team with day-to-day operations.
**You Will**
- Run 15-minute discovery calls to introduce clients to our programs, answer questions, and identify needs.
- Explore hesitations and objections with compassion, offering clear solutions that align with their goals.
- Usher clients to the next step in their journey, whether that’s booking an intake call, consultation, or program start.
- Collaborate daily with Operations and Marketing to ensure smooth hand-offs, feedback on lead quality, and continuous process improvement.
- Track activity, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics directly in HubSpot.
**Client Experience (Toronto Clinic)**
- Greet clients warmly as they arrive, offer snacks or refreshments, and make them feel welcome.
- Let the nurse or therapist know when a client has arrived.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere in the clinic reception area.
**Administrative Support**
- Send treatment documentation (e.g., faxes to physicians) after client sessions across all Field Trip Health locations.
- Support the ownership team with light administrative tasks as needed.
- Keep clinic and client records organized and accurate.
This role is ideal if you thrive at the intersection of sales, care, and client service. You’ll be helping people take one of the most important steps of their lives while ensuring their first in-person experience at our clinic feels seamless and supportive.

- Being seen as an empathetic, knowledgeable voice of Field Trip Health
**Who You Are**
- 1-3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or inbound sales (healthcare, wellness, or SaaS is a plus)
- Naturally empathetic and patient, but also driven by targets
- Friendly, welcoming, and professional in greeting clients and supporting their in-person experience
- Curious, coachable, and proactive in learning about mental health care
- Experience working in CRMs (HubSpot preferred)
- College diploma or university degree (psychology, communications, business, or health sciences preferred)
- Privacy-aware and professional when handling sensitive health information (PHIPA/HIPAA mindset)
- **Bilingual in English and French is considered a strong asset**

**Compensation Structure**
- **Base Salary**: $42,000-$48,000
- **Variable Pay**: Monthly bonuses based on booked consults and program enrollments
- **On-Target Earnings (OTE)**: $55,000-$70,000 annually
