Barista/cashier

You will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of beverages, ensuring quality and consistency in every cup. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for order processing and payment transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including the coffee station and dining areas.
- Assist with food preparation and handling as needed, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Collaborate with team members to create a positive work environment and enhance customer experience.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but no required.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food handling practices is a plus.
- A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help customers enjoy their experience.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 30 per week
