**Scope of Duties**:

- Plan and execute the Google ads strategy to drive eligible visitors to the website.
- Manage the flow of leads from top of funnel to profile creation, identifying and mitigating any gaps.
- Justify and manage keyword buying
- Maintain an eye on lowest CPL (Cost Per Lead) and maximum lead generation
- Contribute to the project's integrated marketing by understanding and communicating clients’ needs.
- Define and maintain accurate reporting for compasstoconnect.ca and metrics for stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze live Google and other social media ad campaigns for clients and recommend areas needing attention for improvement and areas of opportunity.
- Plan and execute a transition from Universal Analytics properties to Google Analytics 4 properties. Plan and execute all historical reports from UA to GA4, in a given time-frame.
- Create and execute an SEO strategy and help in optimizing pages
- Optimize the Google Analytics experience for the project stakeholders
- Help modify landing page assets and ad placements for continuous improvement and communicate the need for changes and results with teams.
- Communicate ideas, needs and concerns with the project manager and gain understanding and approval to drive change.
- Be familiar with the services offered and optimize the use of digital marketing solutions to drive leads and support conversion objectives.
- Identify, track, and recommend future digital marketing features as the industry changes or client requests are made. Prioritize features by what will make clients most willing to stay with compasstoconnect.ca longer.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution
- Solid understanding of Google Ads, FB Ads, Display Ads, Landing Pages & SEO
- Google Ad Certified
- Solid knowledge on Google Algorithms
- Ability to work hands-on and independently
- Analyzing promotion statistics and using them to report on the success of campaigns.
- Solid understanding on lead generation, business metrics and translating them into strategies for the team.
- Understand and communicate P&L impacts to project stakeholders.
- Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost performance.
- Tech savvy trendsetter with innovative ideas to improve customer experience.
- Strong communication and organizations skills.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create solutions for clients
- Ability to problem solve challenges; translate them into opportunities and ideas.
- Analytical mindset to identify, address and focus on contract improvement.
