Your role: This exciting role includes developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies to expand DECOMOMO's growth on our SHOPIFY store as well as other marketplaces (Amazon/Walmart/HD/HBC/Best Buy/Faire/BBB/Wish etc). This is an important and challenging role for a strategic thinker who understands the evolving world of marketing as it pertains to eCommerce.

Main Responsibilities:

- Drive our Shopify store by increasing traffic to our store.
- Perform SEO audit and develop and implement the white hat SEO strategies to increase sales on our Shopify store in collaboration with the content team
- Improve a website’s ranking in organic search results.
- Perform keyword research to identify new opportunities.
- Analyze website data and SEM campaigns, identify SEO trends, and understand target markets to maximize ROI
- Develop and execute onsite SEO (UX enhancement, site speed, on-page keyword optimization, content creation) and offsite SEO tactics (backlink building, citation creation, reviews, reputation management, press releases, guest blogging)
- Track keyword rankings and compile reports
- Work closely with various teams to ensure best practices are deployed and fix technical errors
- Drive our paid advertising operations on Shopify (Facebook, Google Ads, etc.)
- Assist with researching and implementing promotions across the marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, etc)
- Other tasks assigned if necessary

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- Proficient with Google Analytics and Google Search Console
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook ads
- Strong understanding of ecommerce, experience working with Shopify is required.
- Minimum 1-3 years of SEO & Paid Ads experience
- An understanding of hand-coded HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong ability to work independently and collaborate well within a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking skills, analytical skills, and ability to multi-task
- Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail & timelines
- Post-secondary education in marketing management or equivalent preferred
