**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: $50,000 - $150,000 per year

**Ability to commute/relocate**:

**Work Location**: Hybrid remote in Pointe-Claire, QC

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate property transactions.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote listings and attract potential buyers.
- Manage property listings and maintain organized records of transactions and client interactions.
- Leverage multilingual abilities to cater to a diverse clientele and enhance client relations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proven negotiation and marketing abilities
- Experience in property management and administrative tasks
- Organizational skills to manage multiple listings and clients
- Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is a plus
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
