Limestone Property Management is hiring a Property Manager to join our team. As one of Kingston's leading property management firms, we manage properties in Kingston, Napanee, Gananoque, Quinte area and Ottawa.

The Property Manager plays a key role in our company and must demonstrate strong customer service skills and align with our core values.

As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of a section of the portfolio, ensuring they are well-maintained, financially successful, and meet the needs of tenants and property owners. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving.

This position will focus on Kingston and surrounding area properties and includes the use of a company vehicle, fuel, a cell phone, and branded apparel.

This position also has a small element of on-call (for emergency purposes). This is based on a rotating schedule between our other Property Managers and Leasing Agents and comes with additional compensation when on-call during ‘your week.’

**Responsibilities**
- Serve as a point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms and company policies.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Ensure properties remain clean, safe, and well-maintained.
- Assist in collecting rent and other fees, ensuring timely payments.
- Monitor and report on property expenses and budgets.
- Provide support with invoice processing and payment approvals.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant communications, leases, and property reports.
- Assist with lease renewals, terminations, and document preparation.
- Ensure properties comply with local laws, codes, and regulations.
- Stay informed about property management best practices and industry standards.
- Respond to after business hours & weekend emergency calls
- Assist with routine property inspections through our “Home Protection Plan” package.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field.
- Knowledge of local landlord-tenant laws and housing regulations.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency with property management software and tools.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.

**Licensing Requirements**

Valid “G” licence required
