The Patry Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and experienced Property Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and provide a great living experience for our tenants.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure properties are well-maintained and in compliance with regulations
- Manage the leasing process, including marketing, tenant screening, and lease administration
- Develop and manage budgets and financial statements for each property
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to owners and stakeholders
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, owners, and vendors
- Provide exceptional customer service to tenants, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns
- Supervise on-site staff as needed

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential property management
- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability to manage a portfolio of properties
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
