**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of property operations including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and property maintenance requests.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as maintenance, landscaping, and repairs.
- Ensure timely collection of rent payments and manage delinquent accounts.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for effective interaction with tenants and vendors.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and sales effectively to benefit the property’s interests.
- Property management often involves dealing with unexpected situations like maintenance issues or tenant disputes. Think and resolve problems effectively.
- Attention to Financial Details: Knowledge of accounting and experience in dealing with financial records is a plus. Attentive to cost saving.
- Flexibility and Multitasking: In a small town and with a small team, you may wear many hats. Flexibility, the ability to switch tasks as needed and prioritize accordingly are important.
- Trustworthy and reliable.
