**The role**

We are looking to expand our team with a motivated Recruiter, passionate about hands-on recruitment, who will contribute to attracting the best seasonal and permanent talent across our different regions.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for both seasonal and permanent staff in the snow removal and landscaping sectors
- Define and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Post and promote job openings on various platforms
- Conduct active sourcing (resume databases, social media, internal referrals, etc.)
- Be proactive in managing operational staffing needs with managers in each region
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment events to increase company visibility and actively recruit
- Manage and coordinate the onboarding of new employees to ensure a smooth integration

**Profile**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a high-volume or seasonal context
- Experience in customer service or sales (an asset)
- Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) (ADP system is an asset)
- Excellent verbal and written communication in French and English (a third language is an asset)
- Dynamic, open-minded, and results-oriented personality
- Proactive and comfortable working in collaboration with managers to anticipate staffing needs
- Comfortable working with targets and commissions
- Strong ability to manage priorities and work independently
