**Position: Finance Analyst / Professional 4**

**Location: Oakville, ON, L6H 0H6**

**Job Type: Contract (3 to 6 Months with Possibility of extension) (Hybrid)**

Work schedule is Mon-Fri 8.30 to 5 pm.

Work type hybrid. 2/3 days a week working from home.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- Experience (at least 5 years preferable):

- Payroll Accounting
- ADP (Payroll system)
- General Accounting including period-end close, financial statements, reconciliations, journal entries, A/P, A/R, variance analysis, accruals, liaison with auditors, etc.
- SAP ERP
- Microsoft tools, mainly Excel.
- Strong communication skills, self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills.
- Available to interview and start immediately.

**Additional Qualifications**:

- A plus (non-must) will be someone with knowledge in Business Intelligence tools (PowerBi, Tableau, QlickSense, etc).

The duration will be 3-6 months with option to extend it.

**Salary**: $35.00-$40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Finance Analyst: 5 years (required)
- Payroll Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
- ADP: 3 years (required)
- SAP ERP: 1 year (required)
