- Entretenir les comptes existants et établir de nouveaux comptes en planifiant et organisant des stratégies de croissance.
- Développer une compréhension technique de tous les produits.
- Résoudre les problèmes des clients de façon rapide, efficace et productive en consultation avec la direction.
- Cibler de nouveaux clients potentiels, évaluer et saisir les opportunités.
- Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de ventes fixés.
- Atteindre les indicateurs de performance (KPI) établis par la direction.
- Rapporter les résultats des ventes régionales.
- Aider la haute direction avec les prévisions de ventes et les budgets de territoire.
- Être au courant des projets clés et assurer le suivi avec les parties prenantes afin que notre produit soit reconnu et accepté.
- Établir et maintenir de solides relations avec tous les clients.
- Représenter l’entreprise auprès des détaillants afin d’obtenir des commandes, gérer les inventaires clients et toutes autres tâches connexes.
- Fournir des recommandations et assister la direction dans le développement de programmes avec les détaillants et groupes d’achat.
- Concevoir et développer des présentations et programmes de ventes au besoin.
- Animer des séances de formation sur les produits auprès de nos partenaires (détaillants, groupes d’achat) lorsque requis.
- Organiser des sessions d’information avec les architectes et professionnels de l’industrie pour les sensibiliser à nos produits.
- Travailler sur les projets liés aux devis et aux spécifications.
- Suivre et gérer les projets dans votre territoire.
- Participer aux salons professionnels pertinents et en recommander d’autres au besoin.
- Collaborer avec le personnel des opérations pour s’assurer que les commandes des clients sont traitées de manière précise et dans les délais.
- Suivre les tendances de l’industrie afin d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités de croissance.
- Identifier les problèmes potentiels et proposer des solutions rapides.
- Analyser les tendances du marché régional et découvrir de nouvelles opportunités de développement.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de direction pour améliorer le matériel marketing.
- Fournir des rapports de ventes hebdomadaires à la direction.
- Se familiariser avec notre logiciel infonuagique pour les commandes, soumissions et informations historiques des clients.
- Effectuer le suivi et conclure les pistes générées par les clients, fournisseurs ou le siège social.

- Job Summary: To promote our products and grow our products in the province of Quebec. This will include working with current distributors, dealers, buying groups, contractors, architects, engineers and industry professionals. There are many facets to this position and it requires a diligent, hardworking, competitive individual with an eye on long-term growth.

Job Duties: (will include but are not limited to):

- Represent our firm in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
- Service existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing strategic growth strategies.
- Develop a technical understanding of all products
- Resolve customer issues in a timely, efficient and productive manner in consultation with management.
- Target new or potential customers, asses and capitalize on opportunities.
- Meet and exceed achievable sales targets.
- Achieve KPI’s set forth by management
- Report on regional sales results
- Assist senior management sales projections and territory budgets.
- Be aware of key projects and track progress with key stakeholders to ensure our product is a known and accepted product
- Build and maintain relationships with all clients
- Represent at a dealer level to secure orders, manage customer inventory, and all other related tasks.
- Provide input and assist senior management on potential programs with dealers and buying groups.
- Build and develop sales presentations and programs as needed.
- Host Product Knowledge sessions with all partners (dealers, buying groups) as required.
- Host information sessions with architects and industry professionals to educate them on our products.

- Follow and track projects within your territory.
- Attend and recommend tradeshows as necessary.
- Work with operations staff to ensure customers orders are being filled in a timely and accurate manner.
