*About the role*

As an Inside Sales Account Executive, you'll be responsible for selling to high volume eCommerce brands looking to leverage any one of or a combination of our offerings, including ShipVista Plugins and API offerings. You'll bring your sales experience to conduct high quality discovery calls and needs analysis, demo our products and solutions or bring the right internal resources into your deal cycles, and close those opportunities before handing them off to our implementation team.

*What will you be doing?*

Achieve sales goals to increase ShipVista users, usage, shipment volume and revenue.

Engage with outbound and inbound prospects promoting ShipVista’s benefits, technology and services.

Adhere to sales strategies and cadences, to attain performance success and maximize revenue

Proactively manage a pipeline of inbound leads, Partner leads, SDR sourced opportunities, and self-generated opportunities

Qualify and prospect potential clients

Provide rapid responses, and ongoing communication, to external partners and partner referrals

Utilize MEDDPICCC to ensure conversions, adoption, and exceed sales targets.

Identify customer needs and tailor ShipVista value to those needs.

Properly document prospect interactions in our CRM

Be an ShipVista Sales Champion

Provide feedback during group calls and discussion

In-office attendance required multiple days a week to promote learning, collaboration and career pathing

Work across internal departments to provide client feedback, determine the most ideal implementation, and ensure a great customer experience

*What will make you stand out?*

Experience working with ecommerce brands, or running an ecommerce store

4+ of SaaS sales experience including multi-touch, multi-product deal cycles

Experience self-prospecting and generating strong pipeline Salesforce or similar CRM software

Proficiency with MEDDPICCC or equivalent sales methodology

*What are we looking for?*

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to match

Two or more (2+) years experience running full-cycle SaaS sales, including pipeline management

Minimum of two (2) years relationship management experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven negotiation and closing skills.

Strong customer relationship management skills.

Ability to demonstrate critical thinking.

Familiarity with market trends and competition in the industry.

Pay: $36,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
