We currently have satellite offices in Edmonton, AB, Kamloops, BC, and Chemainus, BC. These offices are used to provide client services and warehouse tools to their respective regions. Does going into the same office every day get boring to you? This role requires some out of town work for up to 3 weeks at a time, possibly 2-4 times a year within Canada, with additional perks like periodic PAID overtime and double time allowing for much higher earning potential while at the same time not having to worry about frequent construction layoffs that many sites often endure. You will get to ability to work on site alongside our knowledgeable superintendents to learn more about the business and be able to put visuals to the work done outside of the office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client/Vendor Communication
- Job Costing and Reporting (daily, weekly or monthly as needed)
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other personnel to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Assembling client invoices
- A/P Receiving (vendor invoice entry, approvals, proofing, sorting)
- Payroll (assembly, proofing)
- PO generation and tracking
- Monitor project progress and assist in deadlines being met
- General Office Administration
- Online client portal data entry
- Some travel (company paid) is required (up to 3 weeks at a time)
- Some weekend work required based on client requirements
