**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Cleaning Technician to join our team. We specialize in window cleaning, house washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior services that leave homes sparkling and customers impressed. You’ll be working outdoors, often on ladders, and helping bring serious shine to our clients’ properties.

**Duties**
- Clean windows, siding, gutters, decks, and roofs using professional tools and techniques
- Set up ladders, hoses, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction on every job
- Communicate professionally with clients when needed
- Maintain equipment and keep workspaces tidy
- Follow safety procedures and company standards

**Skills**
- Comfortable working on ladders and outdoors in varying weather
- Physically fit and able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a requirement
- Previous experience in cleaning, construction, landscaping, or trades is an asset (but not required)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual, Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
