Hours vary monthly. **You must have your own vehicle and valid driver's license,** as you are required to drive from job site to job site with your own vehicle. **Wage**:$18 to $20 Perks of Working for BINX We have BENEFITS Medical, Dental coverage including Life Insurance. We offer annual shoe and uniform allowances. **The job involves but is not limited to**: - Window Cleaning - commercial buildings and residential homes. - Maintaining upkeep of all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products. **Qualifications and Skills**: - Previous window cleaning experience is preferred. **Expectations are as follows**: - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. - Training is to be provided, however, experience is preferred. - Ability to work independently and or with a partner when required. - Reliable and punctual with dedicated professionalism to the job and duties. - Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills. - Attention to detail. - Organized and able to follow a schedule and direction from management. - Able to accept constructive criticism and improve the quality of work for our clients. - Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time. - General knowledge of window cleaning and techniques for cleaning. - able to work days, nights, and weekends (as required). - Flexible working hours.
