**Commercial Facilities Technician - FULL TIME (30 Hrs./Wk. Monday to Friday).**

**The Position**: 1 OPENING

- **Description**: Commercial Facilities Technician - 30 Hours per Week.
- **Location**:North Bay.
- **Shift**: 5 nights per week (Monday to Friday).
- **Compensation**:$17.60/hour.

**YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE AND VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Completing all cleaning to the standards set out in the Reference List and Staff Binders.
- Preparing all cleaning kits, chemicals, and equipment every day for proper use daily.
- Double-checking all your cleaning is up to standards at assigned locations.
- Understand and follow daily schedules.
- Ensuring you are aware of the cleaning needs of each location by following the spec sheets provided.
- Taking an active effort in positive client communications when possible.

**Notes**:

- Having previous cleaning experience is preferred.
- All employees are required to pass a police background check.
