**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, providing a welcoming dining experience.
- Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and make recommendations.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver orders promptly, ensuring food and beverages meet quality standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and dining room.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and resort service standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a server or waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant or resort (1+ year preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Smart Serve Certification (required in Ontario).
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
