Dopamina Restaurant is an upcoming restaurant in the heart of downtown Toronto with a goal to provide its guests with upscale experience through its food, service, and ambience. Dopamina is a Mediterranean restaurant serving innovative dishes with Asian influences. We are looking for goals oriented and highly driven and professional server to join our team.

Summary

This role is great for a goal driven, dynamic, and passionate hospitality professional to join our team. Upon opening, we are looking for someone to provide above and beyond service to guests to create a one of a kind dining experience. Servers will report to the FOH manager. Servers are responsible for the day-to-day operations as well as work hand-in-hand with the FOH Manager and BOH management and team to help execute the vision of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work with the whole FOH the team and familiarize yourselves with the menu and restaurant offerings.
- Must have passion towards upscale hospitality service.
- Consistently display exceptional leadership and team spirit by providing a positive and engaging work environment, and demonstrating a dedicated and professional approach to customers.
- Assist in FOH inventory and ordering.

**Experience**:

- 1+ years previous experience in FOH service, especially in an upscale environment (fine-dining restaurants and hotels).
- Strong knowledge on Mediterranean and Asian cuisine is a plus.
- Basic computer skills and common restaurant management software knowledge (POS).
- Food Handlers and Smart Serve.
- Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

Shift:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Work days:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
- Serving: 1 year (preferred)
