If you have a passion for operational management, excellent leadership skills, and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of children's activity venues, we invite you to be a part of our exciting journey - Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and ensure effective management; take charge of store responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager. - Assist in enforcing store rules and regulations, and ensuring customer satisfaction. - Aid in training and managing subordinate employees, resolving work-related issues. - Assist in cleaning and maintaining the playground facilities and equipment. - Participate in employee recruitment and assist in conducting performance evaluations. - Developing as a potential leader and potential Store Manager **Benefits**: - Discounted or free food - Family and friends discount **Job Requirements**: - Bachelor's degree or higher education level, with a certain understanding of the indoor entertainment industry. - Honest, diligent, compassionate, with a strong work ethic, and excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and team management skills. - Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with preference given to those with assistant management experience in restaurants, large chain enterprises, supermarkets, hotels, or the entertainment industry. - Experience in customer service and sales related work is an asset. - First-aid certificate is a nice-to-have. - Language requirements: Proficiency in both English and Mandarin or Cantonese. - Due to the company's presence in the service industry, flexibility in working hours during statutory holidays is necessary, and must be able to work on weekends and afternoon/night shifts until 9pm. - Background check is required, and work reference must be provided prior to commencing work with Jolly Bubble. **About Us**: Jolly Bubble, North America's leading one-stop family entertainment chain brand, is dedicated to offering a comprehensive entertainment, learning, and growth experience for children aged 0-14.
