Waterloo, Canada Essential Auto Service Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Transmit customer requests to the appropriate service technician
- Provide recommendations for necessary repairs or maintenance based on vehicle inspections and order the correct parts, handle returns and process warranties
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers regarding their service needs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Explain repair estimates and invoices to customers
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer service position or service advisor role is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic computer skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 42.5 per week
