**About Us**:

We’re a trusted name in the community and pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service with a personal touch. Now, we’re looking for a Service Advisor who can combine strong sales skills with a warm, welcoming approach to keep our customers coming back.

**Role Overview**:
As our Service Advisor, you’ll be the friendly face (and voice) that greets customers, understands their needs, and guides them through their service experience. You’ll also use your sales abilities to recommend services, maintenance packages, and solutions that genuinely benefit our customers — while meeting department targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers with a professional, welcoming attitude.
- Listen to and understand customer concerns, explaining technical details in plain language.
- Recommend additional maintenance or repair work that will enhance safety, performance, and value.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates.
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate work.
- Keep customers informed throughout the service process.
- Ensure all interactions build trust and foster long-term relationships.
- Meet or exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a sales-focused customer service role (automotive experience preferred).
- Strong sales skills with the ability to identify and present value-added opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using dealership management software and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
