**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in coordinating Showroom Events and internal events including creating layouts, dust collection, logistics, etc.
- Opportunity to grow in product knowledge to perform Standard demos of Biesse Machinery with Sales team and customers
- Ensure machine tooling is properly maintained and stored
- Require to coordinate and set up Virtual Demos
- Ensure proper storage and identification of all demo materials.
- Identify, recommend, and maintain necessary inventory levels of demo materials and demo machine tooling
- Ensure machines are powered off at the end of each day to reduce fire risk
- Install, reposition/remove Showroom machines
- Completing preventative maintenance when necessary and in a timely fashion
- Ensure the showroom area is clean and well organized, and machine in ready state for demos
- Maintain Dust Extraction System
- Ensure Customers, visitors and Staff adhere to Showroom policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- **Must be available to travel between showrooms in Mirabel, Quebec and Toronto, Ontario for events and customer demos.**:

- Mechanical/electrical aptitude
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Collaborate across all functions within the organization to set up demos
- Experience in CAD/CAM software a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to ensure customer satisfaction during visits
- Self-starter to work independently and as a team
- High School diploma or equivalent, Technical degree preferred
- Travel between Biesse offices (Toronto and Mirabel)
- Able to lift about 25Kg continuously and climb ladders
- Forklift and Rigging certification a plus (training provided)

Pay: $68,793.62-$85,654.57 per year

**Experience**:

- Field Service Technician: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
