**Responsabilités**
- Assurer la coordination quotidienne des activités de maintenance avec les équipes du client.
- Piloter l’exécution opérationnelle : respect des plannings, suivi du backlog, supervision des sous-traitants.
- Participer activement à l’organisation et à la réalisation des travaux de maintenance.
- Contribuer aux études techniques : fiabilisation, obsolescence, amélioration des plans de maintenance.
- Être le point de contact principal du client et assurer un reporting régulier

The **Operations Maintenance Lead** is the client’s daily point of contact for the smooth execution of maintenance services. They are responsible for operational coordination, maintenance scheduling, team supervision, and achieving the set technical objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate daily maintenance activities with the client’s teams.
- Oversee operational execution: schedule compliance, backlog tracking, subcontractor supervision.
- Actively participate in organizing and performing maintenance work.
- Contribute to technical studies: reliability improvement, obsolescence, and maintenance plan updates.
- Act as the primary contact for the client and provide regular reporting.
