**Duration**: 12 Months

**Location**: Hybrid (Remote + Toronto/Montreal/Ottawa Downtown - 2 days/week)

**Security Clearance**: Reliability Clearance from GoC

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Work with the marketing group to design & implement an Agile operating model
- Collaborate with Stakeholders and Leaders (Executives, Directors, and Managers) to identify and implement agile process improvements and coaching them in the expected mindsets and behaviors
- Work with the marketing digital teams to ensure alignment to Business Objectives.
- Advising and planning for organizational changes to various areas in support of Agile Ways of working such as roles, skills, training, planning, and funding

**Project Requirements**
- 10+ years practicing Agile, including Scrum and/or Kanban
- 5+ as a coach/transformation advisor at an enterprise level, including advising senior leaders
- Experienced and worked as a transformation coach offering support and guidance on Business Agility
- Prior Experience in helping transform Marketing, HR into Agile ways of working preferred
- Expert level knowledge of Agile practices and OKRs
- Experience leading or as a core member of a team delivering an Agile Transformation
- Strong and effective communication skills

**Other Skills Required**:

- Design and implementation of Agile work management systems at scale
- Workshop facilitation
- Agile Training facilitation
- Advanced Agile Certification

**Assets**:

- Bilingual in French and English

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
