**The Opportunity**
**Responsibilities**
- Implement various production change requests initiated from projects, client certification and implementation teams.
- Maintain system efficiency, evaluate and modify system’s performances and use skills and available resources to recommend or implement fixes or effective workarounds with minimum client impact.
**Accountabilities**
- Take ownership of assigned production change requests and ensure accurate and timely implementation, and effective verification of success.
- Accountable for completion of assigned requests for support and for ensuring effective resolution delivered within timeframes that meet the needs of our clients.

- Post-secondary education (preferred) in a discipline related to assigned duties.
