**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee all aspects of the accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Manage budgeting processes and provide financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for efficient financial management.
- Conduct regular account analysis to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a productive work environment that encourages professional growth.
- Ensure timely completion of month-end close processes and maintain accurate financial records.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA designation is preferred.
- Proven experience in an accounting management role with a strong understanding of GAAP principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and account reconciliation practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills for collaboration across various departments and levels within the organization.
